We have a production capacity of 20 M.tons per month. The capacity of 20 M.tons per month is considered to be large in terms of Investment Casting standards. Casting component with weight range of few Gms. (5 Gms.) to 32 kgs. Per piece.
Wide manufacturing range of Ferrous & Non-Ferrous metal, e.g. S.S.Grade, (CF-8) s.s.304, (CF-8M) s.s. 316, CF-3M, Alloys-20, CA-15, CA-40 and entire range of EN Series, Carbon Steel, Super Alloy like Monel, Inconel, Hast Alloy B & C etc.
In addition to the above we have in-house facility for Chemical Analysis, Physical Testing for quality control, well equipped design cell and tool room for Multicavity complex dies, fixtures, gauges etc.
Our present production range consists of components developed for large and medium scale industries like Heavy Engineering, Arms & Antiques, Pumps, Valves, Pharmaceutical Machinery, Textile Machinery, Sewing Machines, Automobiles etc.
With a installed capacity of 20 M.tons per month the Company can satisfy the demand for investment casting components of a large number of clients. Once the maximum utilization is achieved there is provision for enlargement of productive capacity. We are capable of producing 20,000 pcs of single components in a month. |
